Property information

This land is a special spot with unique redwood buildings, Egyptian decor, and a continuing history of spiritual practices beginning with the local Pomo tribe who did ceremonies around our 400 year old Heritage Tree. The energy here is relaxed and inspiring, and we also have on our 8.5 acres a collection of beautiful rescued birds, exotic cats, and reptiles, which can be visited by arrangement.

Neighbourhood information

Geyserville is the most authentic wine town in all of Sonoma County, with a fun small downtown which resembles a town in the Old West - naturally, not something restored for tourism. Our hundred-year-old Bosworth's General Store still operates as our local hardware store and feed shop but also has some more visitor-friendly items for souvenirs, such as local honey and glam cowgirl boots. We have several good restaurants, numerous wine tasting rooms, and the Russian River is just three minutes away by car, or a half-hour walk through a vast vineyard.

Directions how to get to the property:

We are just 20 minutes away from the Santa Rosa Sonoma County Charles Schulz airport. Simply leave the airport and get on to 101 North - it will say "Eureka" but you won't have to go that far!

The prior exit to ours is Independence, then it says Geyserville 128. Go to the right at the stop sign, and be cautious as the road makes a sharp left (no turn, just the road itself). You will see a 45 mph sign, then a little farther on a 25 mph sign. Just after the 25 mph sign, our driveway appears on the left. Turn in. Depending on arrangement, you may go to the right to meet us at the office area or go to the left to go to the house directly. The Retreat House will be on the right hand side and you will see a covered parking area and spiral staircase. Pull in and park along side the house at an angle. (Our housekeeper lives in the small two story structure up the little hill and will be happy to help you with anything you need.)
