Perfect location! Nestled between SA & New Braunfels in a great family friendly quiet neighborhood. Super easy access (under 2 mins) to main highways just off the I-35/1604 interchange with lots of room for fun and plenty of parking. Ideal for your group's privacy while at the same time only mins away from shopping, entertainment, and city amenities.

When you arrive to the lovely landscaped property you find a empty 2 car garage for your use. The driveway can accommodate another 4 cars if needed. Walking up to the front door you will see the door lock with key pad allowing you keyless entry into the property.
As you walk into the property you will see the super cozy living room with ultra comfortable couch and big screen smart TV for your viewing pleasure. If you continue down the hall to your left you will enter the game room with another smart TV, fooseball table, and arcade game.
