This two bedroom, two bath oceanside townhouse has a covered carport. When you come in the entry door a flight of stairs will take you to the living room, dining room and kitchen. Glass doors and windows in the living room give you an ocean view and access to the deck. Plenty of cabinet space in this kitchen. Dining for 6 at the large natural wood table. A second flight of stairs will take you to the master bedroom, second bedroom and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen television, private bath with new walk-in shower and access to a private deck. The second bedroom has queen beds. The second bath is off the hallway on this level. Note: Added half bath off the main level. There is a small, street side, swimming pool in the complex. No Grilling Allowed!!! NO MONTHLY RENTALS!

Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach is only 25 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Our Island is only 6 miles long and 3 miles wide so everything is considered nearby. We have parks, restaurants, shops, movie theatre and the historic downtown district. A short 10-15 minute drive off the Island will take you to a large assortment of popular shopping plazas and restaurants and more commercial areas.
