A two-minute walk to paradise! The best of Pensacola Beach is at your fingertips when staying at Sandy Dreams; offering cozy accommodations for up to 7 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The townhome is conveniently located two minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and roughly three miles to restaurants, shopping and bars. The upper level of this home features two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has private access to a balcony. The second guest room has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen television. There is a full bathroom with a separate vanity and tub/shower combination. A half bath is located next to the kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to prepare meals and refreshments. There is also an outdoor grill. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar with seating for four guests or outside on the private balcony overlooking the pond. The townhome is equipped with all modern conveniences, including smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Don't leave your four-legged friend at home –– we're dog friendly! Will take small pets no more than 2, under 25 lbs with associated pet fee.
