Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There is construction in the building through mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Please use caution when entering the building and obey signage. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 14. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
