One of Sonoma County's most in-demand vacation rentals is waiting to welcome you for a truly unforgettable Sea Ranch stay! Designed by famed architect William Turnbull, this exposed timber frame 'Binker Barn' offers a private oasis nestled on a one-acre lot just east of Highway 1 that features scenic ocean views and lush forest surroundings on three sides. An enclosed garden filled with native trees, flowers, and serene statues exudes a zen-like ambiance. A commanding ocean view provides the perfect complement to the private hot tub where you can see and hear the waves crash on the rocks while enjoying a soak. 
Recent interior renovations blend seamlessly with the vintage Binker Barn aesthetic. Updates and improvements include a new gourmet kitchen and an ultra-modern primary bathroom complete with a spa-style shower boasting body sprayers and a rain shower head. A 49-inch smart TV and comfortable sofas provide a spot to stream shows and movies, there's also a central wood-burning fireplace and several cozy sitting areas positioned to take advantage of the home's amazing views. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
