Montecito’s comfy beachside grandeur is summed up at Sea Steppe from the decor to the landscape. This home is centrally located where a 10-minute stroll in one direction lands you at Butterfly Beach and 10 minutes in the other is Coast Village Road ready for dinner and shopping.
This Mid-Century Modern two-story home consists of a spacious Primary Suite with two walk-in closets, a balcony, and a jacuzzi tub. There are two additional Bedrooms and a Bathroom, a Kitchen that features a large Sub-Zero refrigerator and sitting area, a Living Room with an additional dining area, and a full Laundry Room. The most captivating element is the outdoor space that includes an outdoor Dining area complete with a fountain, a separate fire pit, hot tub, and an outdoor shower.
PLEASE NOTE: Commonly shared areas with the neighboring property are the private gate entrance, driveway, walkways, and open backyard.
