4/3 home. Sleeps 12. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen. 3rd bedroom: Twin over Twin bunk. 4th bedroom downstairs: 2 Twins and a Twin over Twin bunk. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email.
This house does NOT have WIFI or wireless internet. If you need access to WIFI you will have to set up a personal hot spot.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No smoking, no parties, no pets. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. NO RV's, trailers, ATV's or tents allowed. You can park 4 cars at the home, and another 2 cars at the extra parking.
In order to receive check in details: Valid Photo ID and Electronic Rental Agreement signature is required. If property is advertised as "pet friendly" additional pet fees will be collected by New Braunfels Escapes directly.
