Ski in/out 3 bedroom (sleeps 8, we rent to max 6 adults + 2 children). Located in Cascade, next to Grand Hyatt and chair 20. Beautiful, modern, high quality, quiet 2 story penthouse in a small property with 4 Condos only. Perfectly located with Ski in/out right at Chair 20, and at beautiful Gore Creek Trail. Walk to Vail Village (about 30 min) or take the complimentary Vail City bus or the Grand Hyatt Shuttle bus. Brand new modern furniture and kitchenware, bedding, lines etc.

The house is right next to the Grand Hyatt, the beautiful Gore Creek, and the bike path that take you to Vail Village (30 min walk) and West Vail. In winter you walk about 200 feet to chair 20 which takes you quickly (No crowds / no waiting time like in Village or Lionshead) onto the mountain and slopes. If you don’t like to walk you can take the shuttle bus at the Grand Hyatt. You can basically do everything by foot or take the free shuttle bus There is also the Donovan park close by (5 min walk) with tennis, basketball, soccer, kids playground, bbq etc.
