Mark and Tracy Cini are excited to be the new owners and hosts of the Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast. After a few years of searching for the perfect inn, they are happy to have found a home with beauty, character, and a wonderful view of Penobscot Bay.
Mark and Tracy began their love of Maine early in their childhoods and both traveled with their families to Maine and have fond memories of wonderful summer vacations. This is why they spent their honeymoon in Maine one early April, 30 years ago. Since then they have traveled to Maine countless times making new memories with their family.

With ocean views from every room, the Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful Colonial-style beach cottage built in 1832. Located directly across from Lincolnville Beach with a rocking chair front porch overlooking Penobscot Bay. Our eight guest rooms all offer comfortable beds and private bathrooms, some with whirlpool tubs. In the morning, you will be served a 3-course gourmet-style breakfast with homemade pastries and fresh baked bread. Restaurants, shops along the beach, and the ferry out to Islesboro are all within walking distance. Convenient to Camden, Rockland and Belfast, without all the crowds. Come back "home" in the evening after a day of exploring and relax on the porch, at the fire pit, or in one of the cozy living rooms. Fresh baked cookies are served in the afternoon. There is so much to see and do or just relax and take in the beauty around us. Come enjoy the hospitality of the Spouter Inn and all that Mid-Coast Maine has to offer.

Lincolnville is a small town in MidCoast Maine of approximately 2,300 people. The Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast is located in Lincolnville Beach on one side of Coastal Route 1 with the Beach across from the Inn, located on Penobscot Bay. Six choices for dining out during the summer season. The Maine State Ferry takes people over to Islesboro, an island 14 miles long and 1.5 miles wide. Year round residents number 650, while in the summer season, the population increases to just over 2000.
