Property information

Brand new, cozy, bright modern apartments situated 1 bock away from the Rittenhouse Square, the center of Philadelphia. You are literally just blocks away from the best restaurants, cafes, shopping and night life the city has to offer. Each of our apartments has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, queen size bed, smart TV's in living room and bedroom, and access to a balcony. We are happy to provide at no extra cost an air mattress, high chair and pack n' play (upon request). All of our units are pet friendly with a one time pet fee.

Oh, Rittenhouse Square! What a neighborhood! Philadelphia’s most fashionable neighborhood since 1840, the area surrounding the verdant two-square-block park has always been one of the city’s most desirable residential destinations. And the food! Oh, the food. Rittenhouse Square has some of the best restaurants in the city. From cozy bistros to upscale fine dining, there's something for every palate. And the best part? It's all within walking distance. I love taking a leisurely stroll down the tree-lined streets and popping into one of the many eateries. There's an abundance of museums, galleries, and theaters in the area, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Barnes Foundation, and the Rodin Museum. so you can always discover something new. Overall, Rittenhouse Square is a vibrant and exciting neighborhood with something for everyone.
