House is on a spacious corner lot with a 7 min walk to Cotswold Shopping Center with many restaurants, coffee options, grocery stores, donuts and shops shops shops!! What is so wonderful about this location is you can get to downtown, uptown, midtown, south end, plaza midwood, the Panther Stadium, Bojangles Stadium, Charlotte Convention Center, breweries and so much more within minutes! SouthPark is an upscale residential and commercial area offering designer shopping at the huge SouthPark mall, and smaller, independent fashion stores at the Phillips Place and Morrison shopping centers. Young professionals hang out in the area's numerous posh bars, while the local dining scene features French cafes, casual sushi spots and brick-oven pizza joints!
