Welcome to our fresh and clean house in westside of Urbandale. This residential ranch includes 3 bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), 2 full bathrooms, hot tub, open-floor kitchen with breakfast bar, 1st floor laundry, dishwasher, washer and dryer on site, two car attached garage. We clean, sanitize and wash linens between guest. Please let us know ahead if you need a baby crib. We will set it up. Coffee, cream, sodas included. Water dispenser is in the fridge. Please help yourself.

A new development neighborhood, nice and quiet. Please respect the neighbors; please don’t go over their properties. This property is close to HWY 35/80 and 350 intersection. About 10 minutes away from theaters, grocery stores, Jordan Creek Mall, Merle Hay Mall, Valley West Malls, Des Moines downtown, 20 minutes from Prairie Meadows and Adventureland
