Come fall in love with the dark wood cabinetry, elegant kitchen, and spacious rooms of this fantastic, single-level townhome just outside downtown Boise - a wonderful home base for exploring the City of Trees. Step through the front door into the light-filled living room, where large windows cover almost an entire wall and a flatscreen TV awaits above the gas fireplace. Outside, you can breathe in the fresh Idaho air in the fenced backyard, light the gas grill for a barbecue on the shaded patio, and spend your evenings reclining on the patio seating and looking up at the stars.
This townhouse sits six miles northwest of downtown Boise, so you'll only have to take a quick trip on the highway to get into the city. You can even hop on a bus if you want to! Looking for things to do in Boise? The kids will love Zoo Boise and the Boise Fairgrounds, while adults can have a great day walking around and admiring the artwork at the Boise Art Museum (both are about seven miles away). Boise Hawks fans will be delighted to learn Memorial Stadium isn't even three miles away, giving you easy access to games there. Expo Idaho is also in that radius, so if there are any big events going on in the area, drop by and make a day of it. Surrounded by national forest land and nestled up against the foothills of the Rockies, Boise will also offer you plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventuring. Enjoy biking? There's a greenbelt less than two miles away, and Eagle Bike Park is less than three miles away. Boise Whitewater park offers river surfing and kayaking for something a bit more intense. Visit Eagle Island State Park for hiking and views, Bogus Basin for skiing, and Boise's water park for a day of splashing and laughter.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
