A pair of sofas and a roomy armchair provide plush seating for watching a movie on the smart TV with cable or just relaxing between adventures. The sparkling kitchen, equipped with a full array of appliances, cookware, gadgets and tableware, has enough elbow room and counter space for several chefs to cook at the same time. And with up to 15 people in your party, you’re going to need it! Thanks to the walls of picture windows, you can look out onto the ocean from just about anywhere on the third floor. Even better, you can step out onto the third-story balcony and immerse yourself in the views. Spanning the width of the house, it’s furnished with a table and chairs for alfresco dining along with chaises for lazing with a book and a drink; the crashing of the waves onto the sands is the perfect background music. A dining table makes the lower level patio equally well suited for outdoor dining. You can cook on the patio too, courtesy of The View’s gas grill.
