The Bourbon/Horse Country EpiCenter is located close to 33 distilleries and dozens of the top horse farms. Frankfort is THE place to be for your tours. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The home is recently renovated with a new kitchen and bath and decorated with a bourbon/horse theme. The basement has your own speakeasy bar and a large ping-pong area. Enjoy the front porch or the spacious backyard and patio for a BBQ party. Air purifier and a very well-stocked kitchen!
We are remote but always available. Our son and his wife live 15 minutes away if you need help in person.
Quiet neighborhood of mainly older and retired people or older working folks. Grocery store 5 min away and dozens of restaurants within 5 mins as well.
