At the base of the Blue Ridge mountains located near hiking trails, and a variety of outdoor activities like biking, kayaking & canoeing, this secluded retreat offers a quiet place to rest. Drink from the historic Healing Spring discovered in 1883. Healing Springs is a special place. Discovered in 1884 and originally called Thompson's Bromine and Arsenic Springs. The property was then known as Healing Springs Resort in later years and is now simply called The Cabins at Healing Springs. Located in the heart of Ashe County, close to everything that there is to see and do. Hike, bike, canoe, kayak, explore the quaint shops, drive down quiet country roads, Ashe County has a lot to offer!
