Enjoy all the island life has to offer at this well-appointed oceanfront condo located on the top floor of the popular Sands IV condos. Community amenities available include a 3 ft. deep saltwater splash pool, direct beach access, outdoor showers, and an oceanfront grilling area. The Carolina Kraken is conveniently located just walking distance to the boardwalk, the beach, shops, restaurants, the marina, and the Carolina Beach Lake Park. The King suite also offers incredible views of the ocean and has a private bathroom, smart streaming TV, and private access to the oceanfront deck. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a smart streaming TV, and shared access to the second bathroom. For convenience, the sofa in the living room pulls out into a Queen-sized bed. The large oceanfront deck offers plenty of seating and is the perfect place to relax. 2 Parking passes provided. To avoid towing please have a completed parking pass visible in your windshield. If parked in, see the parking pass of the blocking car for their contact information. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be texted to you after booking. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ALLOWED. A pet fee will be added after booking. All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws
