The Grand Escape - Casita Sonrisa is a large ocean-view duplex, perfect for friends and family alike! This spacious home is equipped with a jacuzzi, bbq area, grill, outdoor patio and large front yard perfect for hosting guests! Inside you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large bedrooms and multiple dedicated workspaces. Relax, unwind and enjoy the many amenities our home has to offer! Perfectly situated near Montecito, Santa Barbara and more! Top floor occupied by long-term tenant. Home is located on the bottom floor with a side room upstairs with a beach view. 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific host approval. Pet rules - keep off furniture, must use restroom outside and do not leave alone in the home. Violation of these rules or damages may result in a fee. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Property Manager (Aidan) Available 8am - 8pm daily
