Our two bedroom one and a half bath with sunroom overlooking the peaceful 4,530 acre Lake Rosalie with great bass, white catfish and crappie fishing. Birds routinely viewed from the dock include eagles, osprey, sandhill cranes, herons and so many more! Wildlife that will often make an appearance: pair of otters and the Florida alligator! No worries, they stay in the water.
Morning sunrise over the lake from the sunroom or the dock is one of our favorite times! Add a cup of coffee with quiet conversation or just quiet, it is the best!
Private pier, dock and small rowboat are yours to use! Enjoy the freedom of a golf cart to explore the neighborhood, quiet place.
