Urban neighborhood so be diligent about locking car doors etc. The property is within walking distance to Gypsy Hill Park and lots of shops in restaurants in Historic Downtown Staunton.
The property is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops (probably a .5 mile walk or so). Street parking so walking or Uber is best to avoid fighting for a spot!
