All bedrooms have Outlet/USB chargers on the nightstands. The living room end table has a Outlet/USB charger. PLEASE do not remove them from the rooms or the unit.
The exterior lights are Dusk to Dawn lights. The switches have tape on them. Please do not remove.
Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet.
Please do not sleep on or lay on the pillow shams. We like to keep them fluffy to decorate the bed. There are pillows for sleeping on in each bedroom and extra pillows in the closets.
Guests will be charged for damages to the unit/items and missing unit items.
Please be considerate of other guests and do not take unused paper towels, Kleenex, hand soap, dish detergent, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, etc. All that you don't use, please leave in the unit.
CHECKING-OUT

Please do not remove zippered bed and pillow coverings. Place all used bath towels, wash clothes, and dish towels in the laundry room.
Please make sure all used dishes have been placed in the dishwasher and washed upon departure.
Please place trash in green trash can on rear of the unit. The blue trash can is for recycling.

The unit is in walking distance to Uptown Greenville by Dickinson Avenue with a walkway that provides the avenue. The area is one Street North of Dickinson Ave and one Street South 10th Street.
The backyard of the Duplex is fenced with a well lit parking lot. It is not embedded in a neighborhood. It is more along the commercial corridor. (Between the 10th Street Connector and the Dickinson Avenue uptown area.)
You can use your private vehicle if you drive. The City bus route is approximately 200 feet away. There is access to Uber, Lift, and Taxi Services.
If you like to walk, there is a walkway to the uptown area by way of Dickinson Ave that hosts several eateries and an antique shop.
