We are located in a residential area (Crofton) about 5 minutes from downtown Easton. We are within 20 to 40 minutes from Cambridge, Oxford, St. Michaels and Tilghman. All areas, including Easton, have much to offer visitors. Our Bed and Breakfast is very simple with your comfort in mind. Our guest rooms include The Chesapeake suite with private bath and garden tub, sitting room and bedroom with king size bed. This room is a double occupancy but for an additional fee the sitting room can accommodate 2 more guests for a total of 4 guests. The Seashore Room has a queen bed, with a private bathroom located to steps away from room in the hallway with shower/tub. Both guest rooms are located on the second floor. Breakfast is served from 8 am until 10 am in the first-floor dining room. Guests have the opportunity to choose from my menu of a great variety of offerings. Earlier breakfast times can be arranged, as well as breakfast to go, if guests need to leave early. Guests are also able to enjoy the garden patio at the back of our house. Relax by the firepit, bring some wine and we will provide you with wine service. Kayak tours and photography workshops are available to guests for a fee by Ken of Neanderthal Photography. We would love to make your visit to Easton a pleasant one.
Hello, we are your hosts Tammy and Ken Rose. I was a teacher for 27 years and worked in restaurants most of my life. My husband is retired military and is a former truck driver. We decided we wanted to make changes in our careers and to start our own businesses. I have always loved working in restaurants and hosting family/friend gatherings in our home. That love is where starting a bed and breakfast came into play for me. I truly hope you enjoy your stay in our home as we have worked hard to make it a comfortable relaxing retreat for our guests. Guests have the opportunity to choose their homemade breakfast options, from my menu of over 20 items. I do offer gluten free options as well as vegetarian choices. Guests place their orders the night before and choose your time to dine between 8 am and 10 am. Ken started Neanderthal Photography several years ago, getting many of his beautiful photos from his travels in his truck. He prints and frames all his own work, does photo sessions (family portraits, graduation etc), photography workshops and kayak tours. Our home is set up as a gallery as well as the B&B to showcase and sell Ken's beautiful work.
Our neighborhood is a quiet residential area. Please observe the 25 mile speed limit while coming and going.
