We are situated in a secure gated community that is conveniently located near all necessary amenities. You can relish the breathtaking view while feeling the refreshing ocean breeze. Once the night falls, you can unwind in the peaceful surroundings while listening to the soothing sounds of crickets, frogs, and owls. Experience the joy of living in a tiny house. Our house comes equipped with a full bathroom, a loft that has a queen-sized bed, a pull-out sofa bed, and a seating area. We have two other short-term rentals on our 5-acre property, but you can rest assured that they are all very private.s

Although it may feel far away, our community is actually quite close to many nearby attractions. The nearest store can be found at the RV park and golf resort, just a short 5-minute drive from the community gate. Despite our quiet and secluded location, the community road is well-paved and easy to navigate. We only have 12 residences in our neighborhood, some of whom are farmers, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors. Within a 15-minute drive, you can find a variety of activities such as golfing, hiking, dining out, wine tasting, visiting local breweries, biking, fishing, and even gambling at nearby casinos. You can also reach the ocean within 40 minutes, the Safari Park within 30 minutes, and many vineyards within the surrounding area. Lastly, the famous Yellow Deli is only a 15-minute drive away!
