Escape to this beautiful, waterfront Fenwick Island home offering three levels of comfort and space perfect for the whole family! On the top floor, you'll find a well-equipped, full, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dual oven), a dining table with seating, a living area with a TV for streaming your favorite channels, and one of two balconies overlooking the canal. On the middle level, there's a sunlit table with bench seating that's great for rainy day games or laptops for remote work or schooling as well as a second balcony. Accessing all three levels is a breeze for guests with limited mobility thanks to the convenient elevator. And outside, feel free to dock your boat in the adjacent waterway and fire up the gas grill to add a little something special to your home-cooked menu.
THINGS TO KNOW
Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided.
An outdoor shower is available at the back of the house.
While the dock is available to guests, the boat lift and boat are off-limits and under camera surveillance.
The kayaks in the pictures are not available for guest use.
This home is pet friendly, but please remember to clean up after your pet and treat the home as you would your own. If your pet has an accident or causes any damage, you can report it to Vacasa as the damage waiver cost is already paid and will cover it.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
