The home is located at the intersection of Jon Valley and Maggie Valley right off 276. The main level is 1800 ft.² with two bedrooms 2 1/2 bath with a large covered porch on the back of the house to enjoy the beautiful mountain views year-round, and then the main master bedroom has a honeymoon balcony to enjoy the view down Johnaton Creek. There’s a hot tub in the backyard. There’s a gas, log fireplace, full-size kitchen with island with views out all the windows, the kitchen window, the dining room window and both triple sliders to get on the back porch. The home is on 1 1/2 acres at the top of Clearview Drive just a half mile drive up from 276. There’s top of the road privacy vaulted ceilings with Cable( Internet) and provided
My wife and I will stay down and live downstairs with a separate entrance and complete privacy with the 12 inch engineered choices in between the floors offers complete privacy to enjoy the house as if it was your own vacation home. We want you to enjoy the home and the views, and feel just like it’s yours
The home is located and Evergreen Heights, which was annexed into the city limits of Maggie Valley in 2008. There’s approximately 12 to 14 homes total and the neighborhood all the homes are beautiful large homes but only two homes at the top have the privacy in view mostly desired.
