I am a young professional who travels a lot for work and pleasure. I'm very outgoing, active (avid beach volleyball player), and really enjoy meeting new people. I am a long time AirBnB user and recent AirBnB host. I have been in Jax beach for 3 years and have absolutely fell in love with it. I look forward to sharing my home so that others travelers can visit my beloved city. I am extremely social & love meeting new people, so if you have any questions about the city or anything, I am happy to help. I try to be a quick to respond as I can. Location Location Location! 4 blocks to the ocean, 5 blocks to the pier. 5 minutes to Atlantic Beach. 10 minutes to Mayo Clinic. Smart household with Amazon Alexa, Nest thermostat, Smart Lock, Fire Stick TV, etc. 72" TV with Netflix, HBO, ESPN, TNT, antenna cable, etc. 48” TV in master bedroom with Netflix, HBO, ESPN, TNT, etc. Pet friendly!! Gated yard as well. The house is an old Florida beach duplex that has been revitalized. Remodeled bathrooms, new floors, etc. All travelers welcome!
