This home is all about character, space, and the laid-back Austin vibe you love. Presented by Upstay, our 6-bedroom home sleeps up to 14 guests, featuring a private pool, hot tub, home gym, and spacious backyard. Enjoy billiards, foosball, ping-pong, and more. While it’s not the Ritz, it's full of charm! When Lake Travis water levels are deep enough, there's lakefront access with a boat dock. Plus, you're just a 30 min scenic drive from downtown Austin. PLEASE NOTE: • To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! • Please note that the shuffleboard table is currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. • We ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to understand all house rules . This can be done by a secured link. Please ask us about other options should you have any questions. • Currently the water levels of the lake are very low. • Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of 35.00 USD/night for hot tub and 75.00 USD/night for pool and 100.00 USD/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details. Additional Services: • Early Check-in is an additional fee of 30.00 USD/hr (upon availability) • Late Check-out is an additional fee of 30.00 USD/hr (upon availability) • We’re happy to deliver a full BBQ propane tank upon request for 55.00 USD/tank. • We love pets and they’re welcome at the house, the fee is 50.00 USD per pet. • We aim for all maintenance work to be done in-between guest visits, but scheduling in Austin can be tough with labor shortages. There may be lawn service, pool maintenance, or pest control during your stay.

Currently water levels at Lake Travis are very low. They are however, rising, so please check online for the most up to date information. If your boat can't dock, you can still park it at the house and use the public boat ramps nearby.
