This new complex is still adding amenities and facilities but guests joining us in 2025 will have access to the beautiful lakeside swimming pools, fitness center, covered docks for fishing if you're looking to cast a line, free parking, private electric grills or shared gas grills and firepits by the pool, and free WiFi. By water, you are at the 19th mile marker of the main channel and the 1st mile marker of the Grand Glaize Arm across from the Oasis (currently being built) and the Shootout Boat Races. By land, this condo is centrally located in Osage Beach making most destinations <5 minutes away and almost all activities and attractions just a 10-15 minute drive including golf, shopping, lakefront dining, and more! BRING YOUR BOAT! Ask about the availability of our multiple Boat Slips available in 12x40 and 14x36! Topsider DOES NOT have trailer storage or a boat ramp. We recommend the public access at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Public Beach #2 which is safe and extremely close both by water and road.
