Two beautiful houses & guest house on huge 1+ acre waterfront lot. 10 bedrooms/8.5 bathrooms that feature 4 master bedrooms w/private bathrooms & walk-in showers. Will sleep 23 people. Fully equipped fitness room, pool table, 2 laundry rooms, and fully furnished kitchens. 2 outdoor dining areas w/gas grills. Two 67 ft lanais facing the river, 3 porch swings, outside kitchen & a 2 story 175 ft long dock w/sundeck & fish cleaning station. Enjoy swimming, kayaking & fishing right off the dock. Year-round carnival within walking distance and several good restaurants in the area. 15 minutes from Busch Gardens and a short 20 minute drive on I-75 to downtown Tampa.
