Please note that the credit card used to book the reservation must be presented upon check-in, along with a photo ID for verification. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification. Failure to provide valid payment could result in the cancellation of the reservation. Please note the resort does not offer daily maid service. For weekly stays, the resort will provide 1 mid-week cleaning.

The fitness centre will be closed from August 11 to 22, 2025, for renovations. During this time, guests may experience increased noise levels associated with construction. However, our guests will have access to an alternative off-site fitness centre.**
