Cozy Tiny Home with HUGE Mountain Views – Dog-Friendly Retreat!

Bring your furry friends along! Your pups can enjoy the outdoors alongside you while you explore the nearby Amicalola Trails. If you prefer, leave them safe in the dedicated dog corral, complete with a locking shed for shelter where they can go in and out as needed.
Inside, enjoy the cozy living space with a FLEX room that features a washer/dryer and a reading nook. Start your mornings with a fresh brew from the coffee bar, offering a French press to kickstart your day and give your culinary skills a whirl in the fully stocked well-appointed kitchen.
Located just four minutes from the main gate and close to the scenic duck pond, this tiny home offers convenience, comfort, and stunning natural beauty. Whether you're here to hike, relax, or enjoy some peaceful time with your pets, this is the perfect mountain retreat!
The resort offers additional amenities guest can purchase pass to use. Shared pools, indoor heated open year round, putt putt golf, tennis courts, basketball, gym/fitness room, small game room-coin operated.
This home is located inside the Coosawattee River Resort.
The guest will be responsible for purchasing passes at the POA office at 634 Beaver Lake Drive, Ellijay, GA 30540. Monday-Saturday, 9 am- 5 pm passes are 59 dollars per card. Each card gets 4 guests in to use the amenities. They will no longer have an amenity pass at the unit to use to gain access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
