Newly renovated large 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a huge private yard and plenty of off-street parking. The house is located on a quiet street and is a 3-minute drive or an 8 minute walk to Palo Alto's exclusive downtown area with high end restaurants, cafes and other establishments. The house is on the west side of Hwy 101, right next to Palo Alto's multi-million dollar mansions. Stanford University is also close by and is at the other end of University Avenue.
