The fine print

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

Parking: $15 plus tax daily per vehicle. Limit 3 vehicles per reservation.

Beginning September 8, 2025 through November 25, 2025 a villa refurbishment will take place, and the South end of Oceanfront Building 1 will undergo extensive concrete work. Anticipate related noise daily during daytime hours and contractors. All resort amenities expected to remain open.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be completing a beach rejuvenation project between the dates of February to May 2026 to restore a 3.3-mile stretch of beaches in southern Hutchinson Island. The exact dates are unknown at this time. The beachfront for the resort is expected to take a week to complete, with work occurring 24 hours a day. The beach will be closed during this time, and we anticipate construction noise throughout the week.
