Welcome to our cozy bungalow located in the historic Woodland Heights neighborhood! So many original antique features in this home have been lovingly kept & restored. Only a block to tennis courts at Carter Jones park. Stroll 3 blocks to restaurants & shops; a very short drive to the best breweries on this side of town! Minutes to the Fan District, Carytown, downtown Richmond & Scott's Addition. Our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is perfect for family & friends to explore the city! Dog friendly! Two bedrooms, each containing a queen bed & TV paired with a Roku streaming device for your entertainment needs. Linens provided.One full sized bathroom.The cozy living room with two loveseats.Dining room which also seats four. The kitchen contains a full-size fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with k-cups provided and other basic cooking essentials. Spacious backyard is perfect for your furry dog friend who loves to run and play. It's fully fenced in, with a doghouse included. No unregistered guests; this will result in an extra fee.

Our charming home is conveniently located in a historic neighborhood. It's just a short walk or drive to fine dining, antique shops and hiking trails. Laura Lee's restaurant, Lokman's Best Wings, WPA Bakery, Thirsty's Bar & Grill and Crossroads Coffee & Ice Cream are just a few examples of nearby places that are only an 8-10 minute walk away! A car is recommended, but you can ride your bike around, Uber, Lyft, and/or walk.
