「Beautiful bay front view, huge pool, quiet. Perfect location 15 minutes from downtown but away from the beach traffic and chaos. Nature preserve with kayak rental a few minutes away. Near stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking.」

Ride a bike to James Farm Reserve or Fresh Pond Trail. 6 min drive to both Bethany & Delaware state park beaches. 20 min to Rehobeth. Tons of restaurants bars & activities nearby.

Quiet location with easy access to whatever you want. Great restaurants less than .5 miles away. Quick access to nearby hiking, running and biking trails.
Plenty of free parking. Community is walking and bike friendly. Watch the wildlife at James Farm Ecological Reserve, or Fresh Pond. Ride the bike trails to Bethany.
