Rent a boat to tie up at the dock so you can fish or play on the water all day, or tour around the city and explore Goose Island State Park, the Fulton Mansion, or lounge about on Rockport Beach. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior simply flooded with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and the fabulous decor. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book, or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV in the living area. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, a formal dining table, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. There's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Kids can host sleepovers in a few spots, including the vibrant loft. Find the epitome of comfort in the main suite, which boasts a fantastic en suite bathroom and a breathtaking view of the water. The community pool is a great place to cool off after an afternoon of adventure. Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier). THINGS TO KNOW Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
