This is a spacious four-bedroom townhouse right on the beach. You'll have a large beach-side deck where you can savor your first cup of morning coffee in the fresh sea air. This home is furnished with a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and more. Guests enjoy beautiful ocean views from this direct oceanfront townhouse. While there is no access to the rooftop sundeck, there is a large oceanfront balcony off of the living room connected by a stairway to another deck on the ground level. The home is neatly furnished with everything you will need to have a fabulous vacation in Ocean City! Things to Know Free WiFi Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
