My name is John Paul Pfeiffer. I own Grant Island on Brantingham Lake and have been a host to dozens of properties around the world. I welcome you to come visit and enjoy my attempt at creating paradise.

Grant Island is private 2 acre island nestled on Brantngham Lake in Upstate NY. Located in the Adirondacks you will enjoy your own private luxury 20' Bell Tent accompanied with as many amenities as we could think of. You will have a private sink to wash and clean dishes, a private toilet and a private dock just in front of your accommodations. Tied to the dock is your own private electric Jon Boat for you to explore the area and to use for your travel back and forth to the island and the mainland parking area. You will have your own private BBQ Grill on your private balcony overlooking the beautiful scenic lake. You will have access to the common areas of Grant Island which include a couple showers, hot tub, diving board, fire pit and more. You will have access to rowboats and canoes. We also run ATV and Jetski rental company which offers all our guest 30% off all rentals. We have SUPS, Kayaks, and experiences where we will take you skiing, wakeboarding or tubing. Brantingham Lake is one of Update NY's most desirable lakes. The water is crystal clear, the lake bottom is sandy and not muddy and the wildlife is abundant. The loon calls every evening that echo around the lake create an amazing ambiance you wont soon forget.
