Some features of this property include: -GAME ROOM/Converted shop w/ping pong, pool table, air hockey, darts, foosball -Hot tub is professionally serviced (which is rare in our area) and available year round -FENCED in back yard (rare in our area) for kids to play in* -Memory foam mattresses with Tempur-Pedic toppers -Sleeps 16 w/ FOUR bathrooms! -Outdoor basketball hoop -Kitchen w/plenty of cookware and appliances to prepare your meals -2 Central Heating and Air Units -13 total beds -Free Wifi -6 Smart TVs (feel free to login to your own Netflix/Hulu) Bedding Configuration is as follows: Bedroom #1 w/ en suite bathroom- One Cal King Bedroom #2 w/en suite bathroom- One Cal King Bedroom #3- One Queen Bedroom#4 w/en suite bathroom (upstairs)- Two Fulls and Two Twins Bunk Room/Bedroom #5- Three bunk beds totaling 6 twins** *Please note the pool is in the enclosed back yard area, but there is no fence around the pool. **Due to California Worker’s Compensation Policy, the top bunks will not be made prior to arrival but fresh bedding is absolutely provided! Bunk Room/Bedroom #5 is on its own Mini Split Heating and Air system, separate from the central heating and air in the other parts of the house. Pool is not heated (heated pools are very rare in our area), but the pool is professionally serviced and open year round. Summer/fall months get very hot in our area so its not needed!
