THIS IS NOT A 1 BEDROOM UNIT - this is a guestroom/studio villa - similar to hotel room with resort features  STUDIO VILLA This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in. Important Alerts Guests should be aware of the following: Construction Updates Virgin Grand and Bay Vista villas will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Aug. 18, 2025, through Nov. 3, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours. The Main Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 2026 through Nov. 2026. During this time, the beach and food and beverage service will remain open. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of 500USD per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
