This recently renovated waterfront home is the perfect location for a romantic getaway or to simply relieve your stress and get away from it all. Located within walking distance to several local beaches and the Ritz Carlton. Only a few minutes drive to all the nightlife and restaurants in Red Hook. It’s located close enough to everything but also secluded enough to feel like you’re on your own private island.
The house features one bedroom with a King bed, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk to the Ritz Carlton, a 7-minute drive from Red Hook, and a 25-minute drive from the airport. This is in the Cabrita by the Sea Condo complex.
Its location is exceptional, offering serenity and direct access to the ocean. If you're interested in snorkeling, simply step in front of the condo with your water shoes and mask, and you'll discover a stunning underwater world. During the day, you can observe various boat and ferry activities moving through Mullet Bay from the balcony. In the evening, you can enjoy picturesque sunsets.
