New Apartment - BLERI, in quiet neighborhood (in front of Shopping Mall MINIMAX) suitable for families or group, is part of a new building and has just been furnished. The place has a good vibe. It is furnished in Scandinavian style, which follows the principle "less is more”. The style is characterized by elegance, warmth, freshness and purity. Furnishing/decorating is modern, minimalist and simplicity, with attention to detail for every single thing. Digital TV and Wi-Fi available. Fully equipped kitchen. Toiletries, extra towels, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.
Surrounded by everything you need: Restaurants, Pizzeria, Bakery, Fast food, Coffee Bars, Market, Shopping Mall, Petrol station, Pharmacy, Car wash, Nature ("Arbëria Park"), etc. In front of Shopping mall MINIMAX (70m), nearby plenty of Embassies; (U.S. Embassy 800m, Embassy of Austria 750m, Embassy of Germany 1km, French Embassy 1.4 km, Turkish Embassy 1.4 km, KFOR Base 600m). Security is excellent. Free parking available.
