The apartment accommodates 4 persons, encompassing a thoroughly equipped kitchen, a contemporary marble bathroom comprising of a walk-in shower and modern fittings. Enter the tasteful lounge and dining area and absorb all of its modern elegance as you unwind glaring into its panoramic ocean view at the front and harbor views at the rear. A smart TV, large double bed sleeper couch, trendy furnishings and fully glazed floor-to-ceiling windows elegantly hovers over the beauty of the Golden Mile. The boutique styled bedroom provides a restful ambience, is modern and spacious yet adequately serene with northerly ocean views. The building complex is fully equipped and comprises of 24/7 security at both the reception and covered parking access points, after a relaxing swim in the crystal blue swimming pool overlooking the ocean, indulge in the braai/bbq facilities for a lovely feast. For your convenience, there’s also a laundromat on site, as well as a communal garden or chill area (if you will). Forgot something? No worries, the complex also houses a Kwikspar convenience store for your daily essentials. Important Info: The apartment is a self- catering unit, meaning that we do not offer cleaning services, food services etc.(as a hotel service would). Should our guests require cleaning services, this will come at an additional charge and should be requested upfront. Guests are required to pay a R1000 damages deposit fee that is fully refundable within 3 working days should there be no damages and/or missing items reported.
