This modern house is just opposite Parys Golf Estates Clubhouse and has a back gate to make access to the Clubhouse easy for golfers. It is 30meters from the Clubhouse.
It boasts 4 en suite bedrooms with an
openplan lounge, diningroom and kitchen. The lounge and diningroom each opens up with sliding doors to a spacious patio that has a built in braai. Each bedroom opens up with sliding doors to the garden and or patio. The house has free wifi with netflix.
