The surround area is a quiet, residential suburb of Hillcrest. A tree lined road with not to much traffic. 5 minute drive to Hillcrest CBD, 10 minutes to Watercrest, 10 minutes to the Shongweni club, Busemed hospital. A beautiful setting for this beautiful house.
