THIS HOME HAS AN INVERTER FOR POWER OUTAGE TIMES/ LOADSHEDDING. This property is a little piece of paradise. Situated on the lagoon. It has a private jetty or mooring. It is safe and secure and there is24 hour security. It is a 2 minute walk to the Knysna Quays Waterfront, where you can sit and enjoy fantastic restaurants and shop at your leisure at all the beautiful boutiques and shops. If you are wanting to barbeque there is a little private garden in the front of the home and a beautiful patio looking out onto the canals of the lagoon. it is a 5 minute walk to town where you can enjoy all that this little town has to offer. The cleaning fee is a once off exit cleaning fee. During stays, cleaning can be arranged at a nominal fee if required.

Neighbourhood information

There is so much to do in town either exploring by car or in foot or you can hire bicycles and explore. There is whale watching, renowned restaurants, Malls and beautiful boutiques. In the surrounding areas you can visit the Wolf and Elephant sanctuary, Monkeyland and World of birds. Tree top climbing, boating, adventure tours on the lagoon, hiking, fishing, biking trails etc. there is so much to do. I provide a welcome pack that provides brochures of all the wonderful activities that Knysna and surrounding areas has to offer.
