Fabulous 180 degree sea views from all corners of the house.
Newly built wooden home with a ramp no stairs leading to front door. It has a sola system so you want be in the dark during load shedding and 2 large water tanks. A nice wood burning fireplace to keep you warm during wintery nights.
I love sport and nature so Cape St Francis is amazing for me it has lots of walking trails, surfing, tennis, paddling and if you play golf book it through me as you can get 45% discount on your game at the Links Golf Course.
