Africa House embodies the essence and spirit of old Africa, when pioneers embraced the spirit of a continent in somewhat kinder and gentler times, bursting with wildlife, living alongside all its magnificent beasts and incredible experiences. It readily captures the ambience of slower and gentler times, that encapsulate the romance of safari, bold exploration and travel to far and distant destinations where one is rendered speechless at the sheer beauty and grace of this wonderful continent.
Africa House is situated in the exclusive, 645-hectare Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate in the Lowveld of South Africa. It is nestled between indigenous African Marula, Leadwood and Knobthorn trees, creating a distinctive bushveld vibe. Sightings of Kudu, Impala, Waterbuck, zebra, giraffe and warthog are common on the Estate. For the city slickers, never fear, the town of Hoedspruit and other amenities are a mere seven-minute drive away and the Eastgate airport can be reached in only 15 minutes.
