A lovely, clean, self- catering 2 bedroom apartment, on the 1st floor, with own private entrance, situated in a safe, leafy, upmarket neighborhood with an ADT controlled boom gate and cameras in all strategic areas. The 2 bedrooms have doors leading to a huge balcony with garden views and one bedroom has 2 single beds and the other bedroom has a Queen size bed, with extra length. The apartment is tiled throughout. Both bedrooms have huge cupboards for storage. It has an open plan lounge kitchenette, with granite tops, a stove, oven a fridge with a good size freezer. It has a full bathroom with a toilet, bath, sink and shower.
I co-host with my husband and son, and we stay in the property. As hosts, we promise you a relaxed, enjoyable and comfortable stay. My family has done a lot of travelling, we have stayed in France, Vichy, Montellimar, Marseille, Nancy and visited Paris, Lyon, London, Barcelona, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium and Portugal. We have been to most of South Africa's provinces. We have stayed in Cape Town for more than 10 years, we were born and bred in, Eastern Cape before settling in Pretoria. We know how its like to travel in a foreign country and being away from home, we are very sensitive to travellers needs. Our Life motto is: A stranger is a friend you have not yet met!!!
The house is situated in a lovely leafy upmarket and gated neighbourhood with ADT security at the gate. We are at the top of a hill, the area is safe for walks and jogging. We are 1.8 km away from Menlyn Shopping Mall, Menlyn Maine, and Kloof Hospital, 8.5 km from University of Pretoria and Hatfield Gautrain Station. We are less than 8km away from most embassy's. We are near major freeways, N1, R21, N4, etc. There is Gautrain, and a Gautrain bus to Menlyn. We are also an Uber friendly area if one is not driving.
